Friday Favorites! (September Edition)
Oh, why hello September! It’s been awhile… Actually it’s been a year since we last saw each other! :) For many people, September means it’s time to go back to school, enjoy pumpkin-spiced everything, and wear comfy sweaters. For others, it’s time to prep for the holiday season ahead! No matter what you are preparing for... (2017, anyone?) we can all agree fall is a great time of year. That’s why this edition of our Friday Favorites is fall-inspired. Here are some of the things we have L-O-V-E-D this past summer, as well as some fall favorites we are completely and utterly obsessed with. Enjoy!
1. Favorite Flavor: Pumpkin Spice
We literally cannot go anywhere in September without seeing pumpkin-spiced flavored EVERYTHING! From the classic pumpkin spice latte at Starbucks, to pumpkin spice Cheerios and marshmallows, pumpkin spice is the hottest flavor of the season. There’s something about drinking a PSL while in a comfy sweater and leggings while in a pumpkin patch that just feels SO RIGHT. 2. Favorite Fall Lipstick: Kylie Jenner Matte Lip Kit in Kourt K
Kylie Jenner is absolutely slaying the makeup game right now. #SLAYHONEY! She started off with only selling a few shades of her Matte Lip kits and her line has now expanded to over 20 shades of lipsticks and an ever-growing line of lip glosses, eyeshadow palettes, and eye liners. The craziest thing about Kylie Jenner is that she is only 18! This girl is a beauty mogul at only 18 and we are loving every second of it. We are predicting she will come out with even more lipstick shades for fall (we are thinking berries or caramel apple?) but we think that the Kourt K matte lipstick is the perfect shade for the cool months of September and October.
